Duncan Family Doctors started with Dr. Henry Shub in 1984 as a solo physician, in 1986 Dr. Susan Masters joined and the practice became 1100 Family Health Network located at 1100 Sheppard Ave E.

 Over the years Dr. Shub slowly grew the practice by adding Dr. Hanna Zuckerman (retired in 2020), Dr. Harvey Blankenstein, Dr. Teresa Goldenberg and Dr. Maria Muraca. In 2009 We moved from 1100 Sheppard Ave to 240 Duncan Mill Rd, Suite 701. 

Dr. Shub retired in 2014 however the practice continued to grow. Dr. Samuel Krausz, Dr. Karen Weisz and Dr. Rebecca Zendel Berliner joined some years later. Dr. Amy Chan will be the newest member of the team when she officially joins the group in November 2023.
