Walk-in clinics do not have access to your medical history
Your family physician/nurse is rarely notified about a walk-in clinic visit and therefore is unable to provide proper follow up care
All North York Family Health Team physicians and health care provides have access to your detailed medical history and can provide appropriate care to your specific needs
If you need to see a physician/health care provider and don’t have an appointment scheduled, please visit our After Hours Clinic.
Our After Hours Clinics are only available for patients that belong to our family practice.
Our After-Hours Care is available Monday -Thursday starting at 4:00 pm AS WELL AS Saturday and Sunday starting at 8:30 am Please call to schedule an appointment as soon as the clinic opens to ensure they can accommodate.
