WALK IN CLINICS

Maintain the Circle of Care and avoid Walk-In Clinics:

• Walk-in clinics do not have access to your medical history

• Your family physician/nurse is rarely notified about a walk-in clinic visit and therefore is unable to provide proper follow up care

• All North York Family Health Team physicians and health care provides have access to your detailed medical history and can provide appropriate care to your specific needs

• If you need to see a physician/health care provider and don’t have an appointment scheduled, please visit our After Hours Clinic.

• Our After Hours Clinics are only available for patients that belong to our family practice.

• Our After-Hours Care is available Monday -Thursday starting at 4:00 pm AS WELL AS Saturday and Sunday starting at 8:30 am Please call to schedule an appointment as soon as the clinic opens to ensure they can accommodate.
